1. As this is a residential community, we kindly ask you to refrain from any actions that may cause inconvenience to your neighbors. Please be mindful of not allowing children to run inside the premises, and especially after 9 PM, maintain a quiet environment.
2. This accommodation is not intended for parties. Please only allow the number of guests you have reserved, and enjoy a comfortable and pleasant time.
3. Pets are not allowed.

5. If you notice any damaged items during your stay, please inform us before checking out. 6. When using the billiard table, be cautious as the mini billiard table may pose a risk of injury if sat on or leaned against. Please handle with care.
7. Please dispose of recyclable waste in the designated recycling bags, and for food waste, please use the provided food waste bags at sink.
8. Cooking meats with high oil content indoors, such as pork belly that splatters a lot, is not allowed.
9. Please make sure to close all windows and turn off heating or air conditioner when leaving the room.
